SPARS/RIG: Sloop rig, kemp mast, rerigged 1996, both standing and running rigging. Fully battened Kemp main 1996 with lazyjacks. Arun furling Genoa 1993 with new sacrificial strip 2006. All running rigging included, single line reefing to cockpit for safety and convenience. Twin spinnaker poles with vertical mast stow.

ADDITIONAL SAILS: 1993 Arun storm jib, hank set on dedicated removable inner stay. 1993 Arun mulicolour cruising chute. 1993 Arun No2 Yankee jib. 1995 SW Sails orange tri-sail, 1996 Crusader mulicolour tri-radial spinnaker with snuffer.

ACCOMMODATION: Eight berths in three cabins.

Forecabin: Two full-sized overlapping berths with storage under. Access to chain locker and large deck hatch. Saloon: Adjustable table converts dinette to double berth. All boat upholstery in good condition. Teak/holly flooring. Radio/cassette player, reading lamps in all cabins. Hull windows in all cabins fully curtained. All large hatches with fitted blinds and all hatches with insect screens. Galley: To port and aft of main saloon. Twin stainless steel sink, hot and cold pressurised water. Additional manual lift water pump and separate sea water lift pump. Both fresh water pumps with fitted filters. Plastimo Neptune 2000 gimballed 2-burner Calor gas cooker with fiddles, grill and oven. Isotherm chest fridge. Excellent storage and work surfaces.

Navigation area: Located in wheelhouse to starboard of galley area. Inside steering position using Autohelm ST7000 joystick. Full size chart table with storage under. Full instrumentation repeater. Philips APN Mk.8 GPS, Raytheon SL70 radar, Simrad RT64 VHF, electronic barometer, Yeomen chart plotter, helmsman seat, hanging locker and large storage locker. Red light system.

Main heads: Jabsco manual WC, washbasin and shower, hot and cold pressurised water. Shower grating in teak with electric pump out of shower.

Separate electric extractor fan, lockers and wet hanging area. Walk through access to aft cabin is via a corridor to port. Engine access. Folding doors at each end shut off aft cabin and also separate the second Jabsco marine WC and washbasin.

Aft cabin: Offset double berth, two hanging lockers, vanity unit and mirror. Upholstered seat/adittional berth to port. Many lockers. Emergency steering access underneath and storage for full set of marine ply storm covers for wheelhouse windows. Large opening hatch to aft deck. 3 x sea berths (2 in main cabin, 1 in aft cabin) have lee cloths. Ebersbacher D3L diesel hot air heater with outlets in each cabin. 6ft headroom in all cabins.

MOTOR: Yanmar 38hp 3JH2 (approx 1,390 engine hours). Bruton Autoprop (3-blade self-adjusting and feathering). Electric hydraulic lifting keel with manual backup.

ELECTRICS: 3 Delco sealed batteries, new in 1996 (12v 360hr), 55 amp alternator and smart charger. Solar panel battery charger. 12v socket outlet.

Safety: Manual bilge pump and engine operated bilge pump. 3 x fire extinguishers, gas detector alarm and automatic gas shut-off. Plastimo Offshore 4-man canister liferaft ( fully serviced ) and transom fitting. Deck-fitted lifelines. Rope cutter fitted on prop shaft. (If required, could supply Suzumar inflatable dinghy (2005) and Suzuki 2hp outboard at a price to be negotiated).

OWNERS COMMENTS:
This centre cockpit sailing boat is exceptionally strongly built by Northshore and makes an outstanding family cruising boat with its unique swing keel that gives it shoal draft at the push of a button. In very good condition and well maintained by present and one other previous owner. With many extras, all in good working order. Annie-M has only been lightly used by her present owner and has not been raced or chartered.
